Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Tiberiade ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website, request a demo, subscribe to our digest, or use our platform and API (together, the "Services").
1. Data we collect
Information you provide: name, work email, company, and the content of messages you send us through our contact or demo request forms, or when subscribing to our digest.
Account and API data: credentials, API keys, usage logs (endpoints called, volumes, timestamps) and billing details necessary to operate and secure the Services.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through server logs and, where you consent, analytics cookies.
2. Publicly available market data
Our platform analyses publicly available content — professional finance discussions on social platforms and articles from the financial press — to identify market narratives. We process this content in aggregate to detect themes, their emergence and their propagation. We do not use it to build profiles of private individuals, and we do not sell personal data derived from it.
3. How we use your data
To respond to your requests, provide and secure the Services, issue and manage API keys, send the digest you subscribed to, improve our products, comply with legal obligations and, where you have agreed, send you relevant communications about Tiberiade.
4. Legal basis
We rely on the performance of a contract (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, B2B communications), your consent (digest, analytics cookies) and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing) under appropriate contractual safeguards, or when required by law. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use recognised transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above: contact requests for up to 3 years after our last exchange, account data for the duration of the contract plus applicable statutory periods, and digest subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@tiberiade.com.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring of API usage.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Questions can be sent to privacy@tiberiade.com or to Tiberiade, [registered address].
